Lt Gen Syed Parwez Shahid, HI (M), (Retd), Chief Commissioner, PBSA was invited to attend the Regional Scout Committee Meeting in Singapore from 27 – 28 February 2010. The Chief Commissioner, PBSA gave updates on the progress on Committee NSO Visit (CNV) in Pakistan Boy Scout Association.
