International Division:Pakistan Scout Association
 The role of  International Commissioner of an NSO is similar to the role of Foreign Minister of a country. He acts as the bridge of an NSO with the outside world in general and the respective region in particular. International Commissioner is responsible for showcasing the scouting image of Pakistan to outside world. He is responsible for making it possible for members especially the youth to find out more about scouting in other countries and to realize that they are part of a much larger Movement aimed at creating a better world through borderless brotherhood and global peace.
